1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

 

2. Is it safe to make an order on Metimetoys.com?

Absolutely. We prioritize the security of our customers and their information. Our site uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect customer information, and all payments are 100% secure. Your bank details are protected and encrypted using advanced technology, and are not received by us but are instead redirected directly to the bank's server and protected by their Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for me moment we ship to countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs will depend on the destination, weight and size of the package. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

4. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it (cooling off period) for a full refund or exchange. If you return the item after the 15-day period, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. 5. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

 

6. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@metimetoys.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

7. How discreet is the shipping of my order?

We understand the importance of privacy and take discretion seriously. Our shipments are 100% discreet, with the sender not identified as Metimetoys.com. The contents of the packages are also unknown to the transport companies, and the packages do not include any exterior markings indicating their contents.

8. Why is the item I want not available now?

Our stock is updated in real-time to avoid stock breaches, but it is possible that an item you are interested in may be out of stock. This happens when there are limited units available and another customer has purchased the last item before you.

 

9. Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, you can. During checkout, you can specify a different shipping address from your billing address.

 

10. How do I confirm my order was placed successfully?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. You can also view the order status in your customer account. If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder.

 

11. Can I change my shipping information after placing an order?

You can change your shipping information only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us with your updated shipping information and we'll make the necessary changes. Note that shipping information can't be modified once the package has been shipped.

 

12. What's the delivery time?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. In mainland Spain, expect delivery within 24 hours. For the Balearic Islands, delivery can take 24-48 hours. Canary Islands take 4-10 days. EU countries have a delivery time of 24-72 hours, depending on the shipping method chosen.

 

13. What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time frame as indicated in FAQ #12, please get in touch with us. Our team will investigate the issue and keep you informed. Also, make sure to check your email or phone as the courier company or METIMETOYS may reach out in case of any issues with your order.

 

14. What kind of warranty comes with the products?

The products come with a 2-year warranty, which may vary based on the manufacturer's policy.

 

15.  Can I return a product without defects just because I don't like it?

Yes, but the return will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging and with the warranty seal intact, as per our return policy outlined in #4.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie articles cannot be returned.

If the return is not accepted due to lack of compliance with our return policy, the expenses and risks related to returning the product will be the customer's responsibility.
